At East Wind Bakery, you'll find Western and Asian favorites with a twist. You'll find Cantonese style baked pork bao, Taiwanese pineapple cake, Japanese mochi & golden curry beef buns, Portuguese pastel de nata, Chinese sponge cakes and cupcakes - many filled with Singaporean kaya custard, croissant filled with Chinese braised pork belly, coconut, or BBQ pork and kimchi, and so much more. We strive to make pastries that are a little different, yet still familiar, and delicious. And yes, all of our pastries are made in-house from scratch. We don't use pre-packaged box mix or fillings to make any of our baked goods.
